HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

WE PROCESS ALL OUR ONLINE SALES THROUGH PAYPAL OR BRAINTREE. YOU CAN PAY WITH VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD OR BITCOIN AND PAYPAL. WILL THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME?

ALL EXPRESS ORDERS ARE DELIVERED AT YOUR DOOR, HOWEVER IF YOU CHOOSE OUR STANDARD SHIPPING OPTION, IT WOULD DEPEND ON YOUR LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE. IN SOME COUNTRIES YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION FOR ORDER PICK-UP FROM THE POST OFFICE.

DUE TO THE UNIQUE DESIGN OF EACH WATCH, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. IF THERE IS A TECHNICAL DEFECT, WE WILL REPLACE THE FAULTY PART, FREE OF CHARGE.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR WARRANTY DETAILS?

IN CASES WHERE CUSTOMERS RECEIVE WRONG OR DAMAGED WATCHES, WE WILL COVER ALL SHIPPING CHARGES AND OFFER EITHER AN EXCHANGE OR A FULL REFUND. ALL PURCHASED WATCHES HAVE A SIX-MONTH WARRANTY FROM THE PURCHASE DATE. IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES WITH THE PURCHASED WATCH THAT OCCUR DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE ITEM CAN BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND. TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE E-MAIL US AT HELLO@MAY28TH.ME  YOUR ORDER NUMBER, PURCHASE DATE AND ANY ISSUES THAT YOU MAY HAVE WITH YOUR WATCH.

WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF MY MAY28TH WATCH AND HOW DO I CLEAN IT?

MAY28TH WATCHES ARE MADE OF HIGH QUALITY, DURABLE PLASTIC AS WELL AS ALLOY AND SILICONE FOR SOME DESIGNS. MOST OF MAY28TH WATCHES ARE HAND MADE AT ONE OF MAY28TH'S STUDIOS.

AS WITH MOST PLASTIC MATERIALS, DISCOLORATION AND TRANSFER OF COLORS MAY HAPPEN OVER TIME. YOU CAN CLEAN THE WATCHES USING A SOFT DAMP CLOTH TO WIPE AWAY SWEAT, DUST AND OTHER RESIDUE. WATCHES SHOULD BE STORED IN A DRY, CLEAN PLACE. PLEASE AVOID USING ANY HARSH CHEMICALS TO CLEAN THE WATCH.

DO NOT FULLY IMMERSE IN WATER. OUR WATCHES ARE WATER RESISTANT BUT NOT WATERPROOF, SO EXTENDED USE WHILE SHOWERING OR SWIMMING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
